SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by 4Sully, LLC DBA Nick Streeter Photo (the “Business”).
By checking the applicable box, you (the “End User”) consent to receive messages from the Business regarding appointment information, including confirmation and reminder messages, as well as promotional material for special offers. Please read the following terms carefully before giving your consent.
1. Consent
By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this consent and agree to receive messages from the Business.

Messages from the Business will relate to seasonal offers and appointment confirmations and reminders. They may include promotional offers, discounts, updates, and other related content.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.

The Business will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and the security of messages sent to you. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and the Business cannot guarantee absolute security.

By checking the box and providing your consent, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the contact information provided and that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.
This consent is separate from any other consent you may have provided to the Business for other purposes.
